Q: What is the Dress Code for the Host Breakfast?
A: Business attire (Coat/tie or the like for women).
Q: Where do I park?
A: Typically, the City of Sacramento Parking Services will not issue parking tickets near the convention center between 12th and 15th streets, and I through L streets until 10:00 a.m. to accommodate the many guests who attend the event, per the yearly request by the Sacramento Host Committee.
Q: What time does the program begin?
A: The program begins at 7:30 a.m. sharp, however, it is suggested to arrive early as seats fill up fast. Doors open at 6:30 a.m.
Q: Can I reserve or sponsor a table?
A: Only the Host Committee and CalChamber have reserved tables. Tables cannot be purchased by sponsors. We suggest attendees arrive early to get the best seats available.
Q: What if I have a dietary need?
A: Please email events@calchamber.com if you require a special accommodation. Requests must be received by the RSVP deadline or they will not be accommodated.
Q: Can my spouse come to the breakfast with me?
A: The Host events are by invitation only. Limited space prohibits attendees from bringing guests.
Q: How do I get an invitation to the Host Breakfast?
A: The Host Committee must approve every new addition to the invitation list. To be considered, email your name, job title, company, address, and phone number to events@calchamber.com.
Q: I was invited to sit at a Host Committee member’s reserved table. How will I know where to sit?
A: The Host Committee member who invited you is responsible for communicating the table number to each of their special guests. There will be a number visible from the aisle at each of the reserved tables. If you are unable to see or locate your table, seek assistance from volunteers with “Reserved Table Help” signs near the entrance.
Q: I forgot to RSVP. May I still attend the event?
A: Walk-in attendees are not allowed to this event. Security will be on-site to verify name badges.
Q: What happens if I cannot attend this year?
A: We advise you to mail in your “no” response so that you continue to stay on the list for the next event.
Q: I received an invitation but cannot attend this year. Can my colleague go in my place?
A: No, invitations are non-transferable.
Q: My address has changed. Will I receive an invitation?
A: You must update your address if you wish to continue receiving an invitation. Email events@calchamber.com with any changes.
